Upon arrival, you will check into your comfortable Nile cruise vessel before enjoying your first lunch on board. This afternoon, step ashore to discover two remarkable testaments to ancient Egyptian ingenuity. First, visit the Unfinished Obelisk, still resting in its original quarry, offering a unique insight into the stone-cutting techniques of the ancients. Afterwards, take a scenic boat ride to Agilkia Island to explore the magnificent Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was carefully relocated to save it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. As the day concludes, enjoy dinner and spend the night peacefully moored in Aswan.
